This time it's healty candy, made out of fruit.
Put the fruit in a blender with some honey, then put it on a baking tray and leave it in the oven for many (4+) hours on low heat. Let all the juice vaporate.
There will only be fruit left. Roll it up for a healthy snack.
Why eat beef jerky if you can eat fruit jerky.
The only disadvantage about blackberries is the amount of seeds. With mango, strawberries or raspberries you will have a smooth texture.
