Boeuf bourguignon

 Boeuf bourguignon, a French wine beef stew.
 A stew which looks like Stoofvlees, but has more flavour.

  • Beef, bacon, red wine, garlic, onion, carrot, celery, tomato puree, bay leaves, mushrooms, beef bouillon, Corn starch, oil, peper, salt
  • Potatos
  • Green beans

Avocado pasta


An easy colorful tasty dish. Avocado pasta.
If you want to try something different instead of bolognese sauce, mash up some avocados. It will leave a smooth creamy texture.

Speckknödel in broth

Knödel are a kind of bread or potato dumplings. Today they were made of bread and pork.
Because of the cubed bread, you would have thought that the dumplings could fall apart when boiling. But they satay well together.
The knödel have their own structure and taste a bit chewy in a good way.

The broth was made of beef marrow.
