Krapfen (berliner bol)

A sweet pastry from Germany. Its like a jam-filled doughnut.
When the krapfen turned nice and brown in the fryer, the inside wasn't cooked enough. So they went in the oven to get proper cooked.
They are a delicious sweet treat.

Ingredients:
  • Flour, fine sugar, yeast, vanilla sugar, eggs, butter, milk, jam, oil for frying
